Shipping policy

SHIPMENT ships in Italy and all over the world through the DHL or FEDEX express courier service. All the goods sent by are carefully packed.


C. guarantees for all shipments free insurance against theft and / or accidental damage. The insurance is valid until the time of delivery of the goods.


All orders duly completed and paid will be processed within two working days: all shipments depart from the Phoenix Collection headquarters in Milan (Italy), only on working days, from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be handled the following Monday.


The shipment can be tracked at any time by the customer thanks to the services made available by DHL or FEDEX. Thanks to the tracking number, the Customer can check the progress of his shipment at any time.


C. ships in express mode.
Delivery times are conditioned by the destination areas of the products.
ITALY: delivery is tentatively scheduled within one / two days of shipment.
EU European countries (DDP): delivery is tentatively scheduled within three working days of shipment.
Non-EU European countries: delivery is tentatively scheduled within three working days of shipment.
Rest of the World: delivery is estimated up to 5-7 days from shipment with Express Service.


Shipping costs are paid by C. completely free for the customer.


Once the goods have been delivered, it is up to the Customer to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery document. If the package is tampered with or not intact, the Customer can sign the delivery document with reserve or refuse the delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local DHL or FEDEX office and to C. , by sending an e-mail. If the Customer refuses the delivery of the goods, any shipping costs necessary for the return of the package C. will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer.
If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to C. at the expense of the same Customer. In this case it will be taken care of C. deduct this amount from any refund due to the Customer.
